Scrumptious English Breakfast : The Hole in the Wall Cafe, Koramangala

Location 4, 8th Main Road, Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore- 560047

The start of 2016 was accompanied by a visit to this place with my girlies for a brunch !
I had heard a lot about this place and so, came this plan. It was crowded and we had to wait for a decent hour before we got our seat.

But in the end, the wait was all worth. All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast and yes, The Hole in the Wall just nailed it.

The ambience is quite vibrant and it does feel really homely. The décor is very chic and the cool posters on the wall instantly grab your attention.

Coming to the food, we ordered :

Stuffed toast : You have a choice of toppings for the Stuffed toast. We chose Spinach, Basil, Capsicum and Cheese. The basil was predominant in the toast but the cheese made up for it.

Sunday Morning (non-veg) : This was an absolute delight. A gourmet breakfast. Eggs with your choice of meat, we chose Chicken Pepperoni layered on a spicy masala of mushrooms capsicums, onions and tomatoes topped with too much of cheese. It made my day I could not have asked for anything else. It was served with brown bread and butter and I was totally in awe.

Egg less Masala Scramble : We had a vegetarian friend accompanying us here and this was for her. The egg less masala scramble was the modernized version of what we call Paneer Bhurji. It was piled on a slice of brown bread served with butter.

The classic club omelette: Baked chicken and bacon with cheese as the extra delight. An omelette with the filling of a club sandwich. A sheer delicacy ! I binged on this like a hungry pig !

The Hole's Breakfast Smoothie : Curd, oats, Bananas and flavoured strawberry ! A super healthy         combination and super tasty as well !

Waffles with Caramelized Bananas and Chocolate sauce : Who doesn't relish some good waffles ! And when you get to choose your own toppings all you can do is exclaim with joy !

The Kiddie's Pancakes : This one looked so cute, the chocolate chip pancakes topped with some great vanilla ice cream and colourful sprinkles. Oh ! So good ! :)

And thus, it was a perfect brunch on a lazy sunny afternoon. An absolute treat ! And the fact it's easy on your pockets too makes it more amazing !

Worth many more visits !! :)
